AIMS AND OBJECTS:
1.The aims and objects for which the society is established are as under:
​2.To promote arts and culture of all kinds and to provide necessary training to the students/children and youths.
​3.To start, establish, run or manage and maintain schools for cultural development of the masses especially in the field of English Language. (All types of spoken English course, Personality Development etc.)
​4.To develop and establish such out of school activity centres for the children of underprivileged class of society where they could have the benefit and joy of participating in sports, games, artistic like painting, clay and wood work, music, dancing and develop skills in debating, elocutions, participate in excursions, educational trips and such other activities.
​5.To impart free education and cultural training to the poor, helpless, handicapped and needy children/students.
​6.To provide scholarships and other incentives to deserving students.
​7.To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped and for adult education with the consent of the concerned authorities.
​8.To publish books, charts, illustrations, journals, magazines, periodicals and other publications in different languages for the propagation of above aims and objects.
​9.To organize and arrange cultural programmes, cultural competitions, stage programmes etc. from time to time.
​To open institution for fine arts, computer, electronics, home management for women and special courses such as cutting, tailoring spoken English etc. with the approval of concerned government authorities.
10. To make correspondence in lawful manner to arrange meetings, conferences, seminars with the concerned government authorities for the solution of social / civic / cultural problems of members of the society and general public.
11. To organize free medical camps/blood donation camps and counselling centers for drug addicts and organize programmes related to Aids campaign etc.
12. To provide relief work and resettlement work to general public who suffer from natural calamities, famine etc.
13. To purchase/acquire land from the concerned government authorities and to construct school/college / Temples buildings thereon for the cause of the society.
14. To manage, sell transfer: pledge dispose of or deal with moveable and immovable properties of the society keeping in view of the aims and objects of the society as per Govt. norms.
15. To conduct charitable services for needy people.
16. To invest surplus funds of the society into RBI Bonds and such other government securities as per Income Tax Rules.
17. To conduct cultural & social events time to time for hindu and other community.
18. To perform all such acts as may be necessary for the achievement and accomplishment of the abovementioned aims and objects and allied social activities and services.
19. To construct and maintain public toilet, complexes as per Govt. norms.
20. To submit tenders in govt./semi govt./private sectors for the keeping in view of the aims and objects of the society.
21. To work on research programm & technical projects.
22. To provide physiotherapy, Speech therapy, functional & Occupational Therapy to rehabilitation of the all age people.
23. To encourage and motivate people from community for active participants in the rehabilitation process by expanding service.
24. To organized seminar, workshop conference etc for creating awareness among the members of the public.
25. To run vocational unit to facilitate the rehabilitation of the children.
26. To run a day care centre to provide all round educational facilities to disable children.
27. To teach the children the fundamental of a good life.
28. To provide chances of higher and technical education for the schedule tribes schedule castes and OBC & Rural background in India & abroad.
29. To provide adult education.
30. To set up institution, schools, colleges, trusts or societies in connection with the objects of the society especially in English Language.
31. To work for the promotion of education & to establish educational institutions in backward areas.
32. To provide education for disabled and orphan children.
33. To take all necessary steps to ensure the betterment and improvement of the economic and general conditions of living in the area of operation.
34. To provide Health Education, Physical Education and various Martial Arts, Kung-Fu, Karate, Jeet Kune Do Ideology, Philosophy and skills.
35. To collect, publish, distribute and make available to the members of the society and public at large, literature, circulars, books, bulletins, records and information in whatever manner known to science, or to arrange seminars on education programmes which are of use, interest and importance.
36. To arrange common place for meeting of the members of the society for the purposes of common discussions of common problems and encouragement of thrift, advancement of welfare ideas, mutual assistance, production of the interest of the members of the society.
37. To promote and encourage the practice and spirit of mutual help, co-operation, and collaboration amongst its members.
38. To amalgamate with other society or societies, organisations or institutions in pursuit of all or any of its object.
39. To fulfill those work existed under society act column 20.
40. The society shall work for the Health and Family Welfare of the population, Rural Development through Participatory Approach, Environment Conservation Education and other related issues with the problem of our social and ecological system.
41. To promote health and medical programs, preventives as well as curative for the tribal, rural and urban people and to establish dispensary (mobile and stationery), maternity homes, hospitals, health centers, crèches etc.

To help in organisation and promotion of Agro-industries which includes processing industries, food industries, Construction of ware houses godowns, soils and buildings, structures for storage preservation and protection of livestock, dairy and agricultural product production or manure, cattle feed, fertilizers pesticides, agricultural tools and implements, canning units, spawn laboratory and mushroom production unite, training center for tribal, rural and urban people.
60. To nurture sub-junior/junior sports talent scientifically for excellence development on long term basis.

To impart long term training leading to excellence in Archery, Athletics, Boxing, Badminton, Basketball, Yoga, Cycling, Handball, Volleyball, Football, Gymnastics, Swimming, Hockey, Judo, Weight-lifting, Skating, Wrestling, Rowing, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Billiards, Canoeing and Kayaking, Fencing, karate.

63. To accept, receive, purchase, sale, lease, take on lease, exchange or otherwise acquire any movable and immovable property or any right or privileges, necessary or convinced for the purpose of society or employees on such terms and conditions as may be thought fit or expedient.
64. To improve, manage, develop and grant rights or privileged or respect or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property and rights of the society.
65. To enter into any arrangements with any government or any government bodies or local authorities which includes municipalities, panchayat, administration and any other co-operative bodies that may be deemed beneficial to any of the society's objects and to apply for promote and obtain any subsidies, loans, indemnities, grants, contracts, rights, privileges, concessions, licenses, immunities or authorizations from such government or authority local or otherwise for enabling the society to carry out any of its objectives into effect or for extending any of the powers of the society and to carry out, exercise and comply with any such arrangements, rights, privilege, concession, licenses and authorizations.
66. To raise funds through gifts, grant, donations, subscriptions and membership fees and generally to obtain money for the objects of the society in any lawful manner and to invest, apply or deal with the same in such a manner as may be considered most desirable for giving effect to such objectives. The funds could be raised by rendering technical and managerial consultancies and by executing various programs of the government or any other organisation.
67. To establish, promote, setup, run, take-over, collaborate, maintain, assist, finance, support and / or help in setting up of schools as per Govt. norms.
68. To establish, promote, setup, run, take-over, collaborate, maintain, assist, finance, support and / or help in setting up of colleges and other educational institutions of all types i.e. Engineering, Management, Insurance, Information technology, Accounting, Taxation, Environment, Sciences and other Professional and vocational studies and undertake research and study programs & projects as per Govt. norms.

70. To establish, found and maintain libraries, reading rooms, Grooming centre/Hostel, Houses and cultural centres as well as spiritual centers for the use and convenience of students, staff & general public.
71. To provide stipend allowances or gratuitous in recurring or any other form to the meritorious students for their maintenance etc. for such time or duration which may deem proper and necessary.
72. To conduct short term & long term vocational courses/ Grooming classes/ English Language training for the cause of society.
73. To maintain, tree plantation, flowers, plants in nursery for the cause of society.
​All the incomes, earnings, movable, immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilised and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members.
​No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society; make any profits, whatsoever by virtue of this membership.
